Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Business Administration or other post-secondary education would be an asset.
• Minimum of 1-year previous experience in customer/member service role.
• Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process over the counter financial services efficiently and professionally.
• Balance transactions including ATM and cash drawer daily.
• Resolve routine problems with member accounts and deposits.
• Adhere to security procedures to safeguard cash and prevent fraud.
• Respond to member inquiries via in person, phone, and email.
• Cross-sell products and solicit new members while maintaining knowledge of services.
