Job summary

Fitness World Canada in Victoria, BC is seeking a Member Service Representative for a full-time, in-person role blending sales and service. You will help members by delivering a welcoming experience, guiding memberships, and supporting club operations.

In this hybrid capacity, you will engage with the community, source referrals, and contribute to club revenue while upholding our values of fun, inclusivity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a best-in-class fitness experience for members by delivering a welcoming and helpful service.
• Create a friendly, helpful member experience and manage member tasks and inquiries.
• Engage with the community, members and social media to source new leads, referrals and revenue for the club.
• Contribute to Fitness World Canada's culture and uphold values of fun, inclusivity and teamwork.

Job Summary

As a Member Service Representative with Fitness World, you are part of a fun and likeminded community dedicated to providing a health and fitness space for everyone! In this hybrid sales and service position, you:
