Key Responsibilities
- Understand member / customer needs and recommend suitable products using the JN preferred sales approach.
- Identify new opportunities and make internal referrals to support the member’s complete financial needs, achieving referral targets.
- Support our culture by consistently applying the behaviors outlined in our member charter, service guidelines, procedures, and training.
- Investigate account and transaction issues, providing updates and solutions to members.
- Promote the use of alternative service channels such as internet banking, ATMs, and the Member Care Centre, encouraging members to utilize these channels.
- Ensure efficient customer flow and facilitate requests according to bank standards.
- Adhere to all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Process and respond to service requests from members and customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services, staying updated on procedural changes.
- Engage proactively with members to deepen relationships and discover additional needs.
- Develop options to meet member needs and investigate account issues, providing progress updates.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by policies and procedures.
- Track and report on performance against office objectives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a financial services institution.
- Knowledge of basic accounting, including account balancing and reconciliation.
