A day in the life as a Member Service Representative:

• Provide a personalized and engaging member experience as the first point of contact, making a positive first impression on members
• Use your social and teamwork skills to refer members to appropriate business partners, acting as a trusted advisor for financial consultations and other services
• Promote Westoba in the community through social media engagement and participation in volunteer activities, reflecting our community-focused values

What you will bring to the table:

• Grade 12 diploma plus relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous sales or service experience in financial or retail industries

Salary range: $19.80 - $22.36 hourly, based on experience
