Movati Athletic (Group) Inc. is seeking a people-oriented supervisor for the Member Experience team. You coach staff, help hit sales goals, and ensure members feel welcome, comfortable and healthy.

You will engage with members and prospective members, matching needs with club products and services, answering questions about memberships, resolving concerns, and ensuring guests feel welcomed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related customer experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to articulate how you achieved sales success and growth.
• Willingness to work early mornings, days, afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate staff to hit sales goals and deliver excellent member experiences.
• Engage with members and prospective members to match needs with club products and services.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure guests feel welcomed.
