Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Sales experience with ability to motivate and drive results.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee club operations to ensure the venue functions at peak performance.
• Lead, coach and motivate your team; drive training and orientation across departments.
• Collaborate with General Manager on talent recruitment and retention; contribute to revenue growth.
