Qualifications

• 2+ years of related customer experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Willing to work various shifts including early mornings, days, afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate staff to hit sales goals.
• Engage with members to ensure a welcoming, healthy club experience.
• Resolve member concerns and connect them with the right products and people.
