Movati Athletic is seeking a Supervisor for the Member Experience team in Canada. You will coach staff, drive sales, and ensure every member is welcomed, comfortable and healthy from the moment they enter the club.

Your role focuses on coaching, engaging with members, and guiding the team to meet sales targets while delivering outstanding service. The compensation includes base salary and performance-based commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related customer experience.
• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, days, afternoons and weekends.

Acting as a delegate to the Experience Manager, you are a people-oriented supervisor who effectively coaches and motivates staff. You share your experience and knowledge to assist the team in hitting their sales goals and targets as you’re considered a solid performer because you’re able to hit your own sales goals and targets. Afterall, a team that works together, wins together!

Your typical workday will also be full of interaction and engagement with members and potential members ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors. You do this by matching each new member’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people. You are available to answer questions regarding membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

Annual salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 + performance-based commission eligibility

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Qualifications
We know the experience we’re looking for can come from a wide range of industries so we’re looking for 2+ years of related customer experience and 1+ years of sales experience. Of course, we expect that when we meet, you can articulate how you have achieved sales success and delivered meaningful customer growth in your past experiences. You are also able to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, days, afternoons and weekends.
