Job summary

Northern Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Representative in Ontario. The role centers on assisting members, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable financial products.

You will work with the branch team to ensure accurate, efficient processing of transactions and excellent member experiences. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent banking/customer service background and at least one year of sales experience, with comfortable knowledge of Microsoft

• Minimum one year of proven sales experience.
