Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and banking and customer service experience.
• Minimum one year of proven sales experience.
• Commitment to continuous learning and owning growth.
• Knowledge of basic Credit Union products, services and systems.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and modern office equipment.
• Ability to process transactions, handle cash and balance accurately and timely.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and co-workers in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to efficiently organize work and time to meet daily deadlines.

• Address member inquiries, analyze individual needs, and guide members in using products and services tailored to their requirements.
• Assist in navigating offerings and ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with branch team and internal partners to enhance the member experience.
• Support achievement of branch goals by delivering on service standards and sales expectations.
