The role focuses on sales and service across branches, using the MRM system, with responsibilities in deposits, withdrawals, and product referrals, while supporting business development and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years office/bank experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Uncover opportunities with members and prospective members to grow share of wallet.
• Provide timely financial advice and cross-sell products through the MRM system.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and efficient member service at the branch.
• Support branch opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with branch team to meet business development goals.
