Movati Athletic Inc. is seeking a Web Membership Consultant to be the first point of contact for online leads, building an immediate connection and learning prospects' fitness goals to tailor a member experience.

You will schedule personalized club visits, educate prospects on MOVATI's amenities, and guide them through the membership process. Availability includes weekdays and weekends, with shifts that may vary.

As a Web Membership Consultant, you are thefirstpoint of contactfor allwebleads interested in MOVATIandcreating anunparalleled member experiencefor prospective members:buildingan immediate connection,learning about their fitness goals,prior workout historyanddocumenting your findings in ourcustomer data base (CRM).Each call will also have the intention ofeducating prospects on themany unique amenities and services that MOVATI has to offerschedulinga personalized club visit with the mindset to get started with a MOVATI membership.

Qualifications:
We knowexperience can come from a wide range of industriesso, we’relooking forcustomerservice-orientedprofessionals who have related work experience in sales, marketing or administration.You’re familiar with meetinggoals and objectivesand you hit these targets with yourtenacity and strong ability to communicate.You also understand thatour business is not just Monday to Friday and so, you’re available towork days, evenings and weekends.
Past industry experience that can translate to success in this role include Customer Service Representative, Member Services Representative or Sales Associate.

Hourly wage: $22.50/hour + monthly incentive bonus based on performance

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Your availability: 40-44 hours full time hours. Must be available Monday to Sunday. Shifts could vary between 9-5pm or 1-9pm. *Must be available for a mix of shifts weekdays and weekends
