Altea Active in Vancouver seeks a Part-Time Member Engagement Associate to greet members, discuss fitness goals, and assist with schedules. You will process day passes, answer calls, and help coordinate member experiences across departments, ensuring accurate CRM records and a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes five-star service, rapport-building, and collaboration with teams to boost member retention and satisfaction. Prior CPR/First Aid and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education related to health and fitness is an asset.
• Certifications or workshops in customer service are assets.
• At least one year of experience in customer service is preferred.

• Meeting and greeting members and guests.
• Chatting with members about their fitness goals.

• Rescheduling new members for appointments.

Part-Time Availability

4:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with additional availability for one weekend‑day opening shift (1:00 pm to 8:30 pm).

About the Role

The Member Engagement Associate works with people and consistently provides a five‑star customer service experience to all members and guests. They establish rapport and build relationships, spread joy and optimism, and improve member retention by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations day in and day out.

Responsibilities
