Desjardins Group is seeking a full-time on-site Member/Client Experience Advisor in Quebec. You will assist members and clients with banking transactions, promote Desjardins products and services, and provide personalized solutions while upholding cooperative values.

You will identify opportunities and refer complex needs to specialists. Fluency in French is required and data entry into Desjardins systems is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French required.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services.
• Ability to enter data in systems.
• Knowledge of security, compliance and internal controls.
• Understanding of financial services cooperative philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by explaining technological tools for self-service transactions.
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery.
• Assist members/clients with fraud or irregularities and refer to partners.
• Stay updated on standards, products and services in the field.
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.
