Alfred’s Restaurant Inc in Revelstoke seeks a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. You will work with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality across Mediterranean and Italian dishes.

You will lead and mentor a team of chefs, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory and ordering, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Wage is $25.89 per hour for 32–40 hours per week; full-time, permanent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven experience cooking Mediterranean and/or Italian cuisine.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team of chefs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
