Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical services, addiction recovery, mental health, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience in a healthcare or community-based environment.
• Must have or obtain relevant professional registrations and liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coordination to medical staff across Lakeview programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity and quality of care.
