Job summary

Calgary Drop-In and Rehab Centre (the DI) seeks a Health & Recovery Supervisor to lead frontline operations across Health & Recovery Services. The role reports to the Manager, Health & Recovery Services and is 0.88 FTE, with a 40-hour rotation (4 on/4 off) from 0600–1600.

Ideal candidates bring LPN or PCP training, Alberta registration, and CPR/BLS certification, plus a minimum five years in related care settings.

Qualifications

• Accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) or Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) program required.
• Registration with the College LPNs and HCA’s of Alberta (CLHA) or Alberta College of Paramedics (ACoP).
• Current CPR/BLS certification and professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline operations across Health & Recovery Services programs and guide client flow from admission to discharge.
• Coordinate staffing and resources, respond to incidents, and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor frontline teams, support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
