Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in addictions/mental health or community services.
• Experience with the Therapeutic Community model and senior leadership in residential services.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the recovery community.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Manage site-level budgets and financial sustainability.
