We have exciting opportunities available for full-time and part-time Receptionists at our pediatric-focused family medicine center. The Receptionist will handle various day-to-day tasks that help ensure clinic efficiency and offer an exceptional level of customer service to create a positive impression for our patients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • You handle patient inquiries (by phone and email), and respond to patient questions, concerns, and requests courteously to ensure satisfaction.
  • You create and manage medical records while providing excellent patient care.
  • You provide patients with appointment-related information.
  • You help ensure patient records are accurate and update them as needed.
  • You receive external referrals and schedule appointments for these patients.
  • You handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • You assist with other tasks around the clinic as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • You are fully bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication skills.
  • You have an interest in the medical and/or healthcare field and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You have strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and possess superior data entry skills.
  • You are proficient with computer programs (Google Workspace, EMR), and experience with Omnimed is an asset.
  • You have a flexible work schedule and can work outside regular hours as needed.
