What your working day looks like ...

• You ensure guests are happy and satisfied at the reception
• You stay calm and composed, even when multiple guests check in simultaneously
• You prepare the shift and leave the front office tidy at the end of your shift

Qualifications

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel industry and speak fluent English
• You can inspire your colleagues and guests alike
• You know the city well and have tips to share with guests
• You communicate charmingly, even in tricky situations
