Are you a dedicated and passionate Medical Radiation Technologist II (MRT) professional with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills? The University of Alberta Hospital (UAH), a leading academic health science centre in Canada, treats over 700,000 patients annually. The department specializes in Computed Tomography and Interventional Radiology within an acute care setting, serving both pediatric and adult patients. Open to MRT I and MRT II designations.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, good judgment, decision-making abilities, and efficiency with attention to detail. You should be able to work under stress, be flexible to work all shifts, and physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting over 50 lbs and wearing lead aprons for extended periods.
