Adopt a proactive approach by proactively reaching out to all clients on an annual basis to schedule their PHA, ensuring consistent addressing and monitoring of their healthcare needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive education to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what to anticipate during their PHA and the significance of this assessment in their healthcare journey.
  • Foster close collaboration with clinicians, working in tandem to meet the unique and personalized needs of each client.
  • Provide welcoming, professional client service and create memorable experiences.
  • Encourage client feedback and maintain comprehensive knowledge of TELUS Health services.
  • Manage efficient patient flow and timely communication regarding appointments.
  • Process billing accurately and protect client privacy and confidentiality.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and collaborate across TELUS Health departments.
Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Exceptional organizational and customer service skills, ensuring efficient and satisfactory interactions with all clients and visitors.
  • Empathy and active listening skills to provide compassionate support to healthcare clientele at the front desk, fostering a caring and understanding environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Confidence and effectiveness in handling challenging clients, utilizing strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution techniques to ensure positive interactions and resolution of issues.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various software tools and platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft programs, to efficiently perform job responsibilities and enhance productivity.

By applying to this role, you understand and agree that your information will be shared with the TELUS Group of Companies’ Talent Acquisition team(s) and/or any leader(s) who will be part of the selection process.

Salary Range: $23-$34

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 0%
