Job summary

Family Practice Center PC is offering a full-time medical office assistant or certified medical assistant position at our Halifax, PA office. The role includes rooming patients, taking vitals, performing EKGs and phlebotomy, administering immunizations, and assisting providers.

The successful candidate will triage patient concerns, support the care team, and help manage clinic flow while maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Room patients and take vitals as part of routine intake.
• Perform EKGs and phlebotomy procedures per clinician instruction.
• Administer immunizations and injections as directed by providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and midlevel providers during examinations.
• Triage patient concerns and coordinate care with the clinic team.
• Support administrative tasks and ensure patient flow in the office.
