Description

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Medical Oxygen Service Technician to join our team. The role involves providing empathetic and accurate support to our customers, educating patients on equipment use, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and proper use of respiratory equipment. Building trust through face-to-face interactions is essential.

A day in the life:

• Make deliveries using a straight truck or van (up to 16 feet)
• Deliver and educate patients on respiratory equipment safety and care
• Document interactions for compliance and billing
• Resolve equipment issues as needed

Qualifications

Ideal candidate:

• Current state-issued driver's license
• Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred (training available)

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
