Job summary

Sanofi Canada seeks a Medical Director One Rare in Toronto (Hybrid) to lead medical strategy for Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders. You will guide a Medical Affairs team, serve as the Canadian medical voice, and drive scientific leadership and patient access across programs.

You will build external partnerships with KOLs, payers, and regulators, oversee evidence generation and publications, and align medical activities with regulatory and market access objectives.

Qualifications

• Defines and drives medical strategy for Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders in Canada.
• Builds trusted relationships with KOLs, payers, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Canadian medical affairs strategy for Rare Diseases and Rare Blood Disorders.
• Develop and execute the Medical Affairs Plan (MAP) for One Rare portfolio in Canada.
• Serve as the primary Canadian medical expert and scientific voice for One Rare.
• Contribute to lifecycle management, pipeline development, and launch readiness.
• Provide input into brand planning, market access strategies, and reimbursement submissions.
