Job summary

Sanofi in Canada is seeking a Market Access Lead for Rare and Rare Blood to define and implement payer strategies that improve access and reimbursement for our portfolio. You will develop evidence-based payer value propositions, manage HTA submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize market access across provinces and private payers.

The role requires 5+ years in health care/pharma access, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and deep knowledge of payer decision

Qualifications

• University degree required; Master’s in health sciences or health economics would be an asset.
• At least 5 years in health care/pharma access or payer negotiation experience.
• Strong understanding of government payers, HTA processes and formulary listings.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the market access strategy and payer value proposition for Rare and Rare Blood brands.
• Develop evidence-based payer value propositions for payers and decision makers.
• Lead reimbursement submissions and HTA activities through provincial and private payer channels.
• Collaborate with Pricing, BI, Marketing and Medical teams to optimize payer access and pricing.
• Forecast market access projections and product penetration with validation from payer managers.
• Coordinate with global/North American teams to align strategies and share best practices.
