Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Scientific / Medical Director in the health sciences in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Our client is seeking an accomplished Scientific or Medical Director to help shape the strategic direction of a rapidly growing organization operating at the intersection of healthcare, research, and advanced data science.

This leadership position will serve as a key voice in identifying emerging trends, evaluating scientific opportunities, and guiding initiatives that have the potential to transform patient outcomes and healthcare innovation.

The successful candidate will combine deep scientific credibility with strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership.

A typical day:

• Identify opportunities for new research, partnerships, and innovation initiatives.

Total rewards: $220000.00 - $350000.00 hourly
