The Opportunity

This role is ideal for recent graduates, final-year students, or those taking a gap year to gain experience. No prior medical experience is required, but a strong customer service background is preferred.

Compensation

Starting at $16.55 per hour, with potential for additional earnings and career advancement.

Includes vision, dental, medical, and paramedical services after 6 months of employment.

What You'll Do
  • Register patients administratively (reception, scheduling, payments)
  • Prepare patients clinically (hosting, triage)
  • Apply clinical scripts and skills appropriately
  • Use Electronic Medical Record system (EMR Advantage)
  • Maintain inventory levels and stock exam rooms
  • Clean and sanitize exam rooms and clinic areas
  • Handle opening/closing procedures
  • Manage records and perform administrative duties
  • Opportunity to train in specialty programs after a 3-month probation
  • Perform other duties as required
What We're Looking For
  • Reside in Ontario (onsite position)
  • Eligible to work in Canada (PR, Citizen, or Work Permit valid for 12+ months)
  • New graduates or final semester students
  • Active role requiring mobility and quickness
  • 1-2 years post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Degree in health sciences, Kinesiology, or related fields is an asset
  • 6 months to 1 year customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Reliable, flexible, and committed to work days, evenings, weekends
  • Willing to work at multiple locations
  • Passionate about learning and development
