The Impact You'll Make :

This role offers a dynamic platform to leverage your media and search expertise across a diverse range of internal and external clients within a leading enterprise. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing innovative media and search strategies, while simultaneously building your leadership skills through mentorship and guidance of junior team members.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and implement media strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure audience generation is completed where necessary for campaign execution.

Campaign Management & Optimization :

  • Allocate budgets efficiently and plan ad placements to optimize exposure and ROI.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to assess audience behavior and campaign performance. Familiarity with media planning software and digital platforms is essential.
  • Adjust media strategies based on real-time insights to enhance effectiveness.

Reporting & Analysis :

  • Own post-campaign reporting, analyzing results to highlight progress toward objectives.
  • Deliver performance insights to sales teams, clients, and leadership.
  • Work closely with measurement teams to ensure that appropriate tracking and reporting mechanisms are in place.
  • Review campaign intake requests to ensure objectives and success criteria are clearly defined.
  • Provide clear communication and recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Does this Sound Like You?

  • 5 years in media planning, strategy, or advertising operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize media performance.
  • Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with budget management and media investment allocation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
