The Media Buyer provides counsel to the Media Planners and client teams regarding marketplace rates and conditions, drives the buying and negotiating process for assigned clients, and ensures a high quality of execution. This is a 360 media investment role, which involves developing, executing, and reconciling both digital and broadcast go-to-market recommendations. This role within the Trading Team works closely with media vendors to bring media plans to life. Working in conjunction with Media Planners, this function is responsible for negotiating and purchasing media space—an essential part of capturing the client’s vision to reach an intended audience—and delivering optimal outcomes for the company and clients.
