Job Description: Facebook/Google Ads Media Buyer

Reports To: Head of Growth

About DMoose:

DMoose is a dynamic fitness brand dedicated to inspiring people to take control of their fitness and health. We’re scaling our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations and are looking for a Facebook Media Buyer with experience in fitness or wellness to drive results and expand our reach.

If you’re an expert in managing Facebook and Instagram ads and have a passion for fitness, we want you on our team.

Role Overview:

As a Facebook/Google Ads Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You’ll manage large budgets and develop strategies that resonate with fitness audiences, ensuring we meet our ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns targeting fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and health-conscious consumers.
  • Develop and test various ad formats, including videos, carousels, and static images.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, and creative elements.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads Manager updates and platform changes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social advertising, preferably for a fitness or wellness brand.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with a positive ROAS.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Passion for fitness and knowledge of fitness trends and demographics.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
