This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The OT per visit range is $74.48 to $86.85 and the hourly range is $37.23 to $43.41. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
