Job summary

CarePartners is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Team servicing Sudbury and Elliott Lake, Ontario. You will assess patients in community and home settings, develop care plans with measurable goals, and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy, registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and strong communication skills in English (French is an asset).

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Proven computer skills including email, word processing, scheduling systems.
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapeutic support with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Professional assessment of patients in the community and in their homes.
  • Develops and maintains an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services.
  • Works with the patient on time-specific, measurable goals in collaboration with the care team.
  • Works independently and as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Provides active guidance for workplace Health and Safety.
  • Performs other duties as required.

We are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the role of Physiotherapist. We are actively expanding our therapy/rehabilitation program and are looking for professionals who want to be a part of this exciting growth.

This position is servicing Sudbury, and Elliott Lake, On. and surrounding areas.

  • This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The PT per visit range is $55.86 to $65.12and the hourly range is $37.23 to $43.41. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What The Role Involves

Our physiotherapists provide a critical role in providing high quality patient care

  • Professional assessment of patients in the community and in their homes
  • Develops and maintains an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome
  • Works with the patient on appropriate time‑specific, measurable goals and outcomes in collaboration with the care team
  • Works independently and as an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team
  • Provides active guidance for workplace Health and Safety
  • Performs other duties as required
What You Bring
  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent)degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, work scheduling systems
  • Strong assessment skills and the ability to participate in effective treatment programs
  • Provide one‑on‑one therapeutic support with clients
  • Promotes independence of the client in the home and in the community
  • A reliable vehicle for some regular travel
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • French language skills are an asset
