Job summary

Maple Reinders is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent for a Dundalk, Ontario project in the Clean Energy sector. You will oversee site staff, field engineering, and field teams delivering water/wastewater, food & beverage, and energy projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as a superintendent with a GC or multi-trade contractor, CET or Red Seal, and strong MS Office skills. Travel or on-site presence near Dundalk is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience as a superintendent with a GC or multi-trade contractor.
• Experience with Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, or Clean Energy projects.
• Post-secondary education, CET or equivalent, or a Red Seal Trade certification in a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project).
• Can manage site operations on complex projects in excess of $20 million.
• Strong mechanical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Direct field operations to meet schedules, budgets, safety, and risk targets.
• Lead and coach field staff; ensure effective communication with project teams.
• Develop and execute work plans to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Provide senior presence on site; mentor staff and manage labor requirements.
