Qualifications

• DEC or equivalent in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in an industrial service, repair or manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with industrial pumps, repair and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop supervisors, internal and external sales representatives, and technicians.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
• Plan daily and weekly operations based on customer priorities and available resources.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with team leads and supervisors.
• Oversee procurement of parts and materials with suppliers and the purchasing department.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate delays or risks.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance activities meet company and industry quality standards.
• Support teams in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
