Mantech Enterprises is looking for a full-time Mechanical Estimator Lead based in North Vancouver, BC.
Reporting to the President, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Mantech’s estimating function by combining hands-on technical estimating with day-to-day leadership, guidance, and workload coordination for the estimating team.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for managing manufacturing RFQs from initial review through quotation and order entry, ensuring estimates reflect customer requirements, technical feasibility, production costs, and margin targets.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To qualify, you will need 5+ years of experience in mechanical estimating, machining, metal fabrication, or a related manufacturing environment.
Construction estimating experience alone will not satisfy the technical requirements of this position unless supported by relevant machining or manufacturing experience.
