Job summary

CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to support our Burlington, Canada operations.

You will analyze project plans and documents to craft accurate time, cost, materials, and labor estimates, while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential information and ensure competitive bids. The role requires a Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, 3+ years in HVAC estimating, and strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical estimating, preferably in HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay or shift range: $70,000 CAD to $80,000 CAD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
