Job summary

Agropur is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Millwright for the night shift (11pm–7:30am) at our Ontario facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will analyze mechanical problems and perform repairs to production equipment, while conducting inspections and preventive maintenance.

Candidates should have a minimum grade 12 and a valid Canadian Industrial Millwright License, 3–5 years of experience, experience with machining tools, welding, and oxyacetylene torches.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 High School Diploma with valid Canadian Industrial Millwright License.
• Minimum 3-5 year experience working as Industrial Maintenance Millwright in Manufacturing.
• Experience with machining shop tools, Stick Welding and Oxyacetylene torch.
• Must be able to work efficiently in resolving urgent issues.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, EMaint database system an asset).
• Dairy processing experience an asset.
• Work independently or in team with little to no supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must also be familiar with WHMIS, GMP’s and good health and safety work practices.
• Must have a positive “Can Do Attitude” and customer focus.
• Able to work various shifts.

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance WO on all production equipment’s in an acceptable time frame.
