Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment – mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet ready to work.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot efficiently.
• Keep accurate repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
