Responsibilities

• Move portioned meat products from conveyors into packaging
• Weigh and portion diced meat into bags, trays, or vacuum machines
• Transport meat between workstations using carts or pans
• Distribute meat from carts to conveyors using gloved hands
• Load meat into injectors, vacuum machines, or tumblers
• Place meat onto racks or into boxes and seal packages
• Verify product weights using scales and ensure package integrity
• Apply labels to packages and maintain cleanliness
