Responsibilities

• Prepare and trim meat to required cuts following safety standards.
• Operate knives and butchery tools with precision and safety.
• Hit daily/weekly production targets and contribute to pipeline planning.
• Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Ensure accurate weight, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
• Record production data and report variances for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with team to continuously improve processes and reduce waste.
• Assist in quality checks to ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to supervisor.
