Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move portioned meat products from conveyors into packaging.
• Weigh and portion diced meat into bags, trays or vacuum machines.
• Transport meat using carts between workstations.
• Apply labels and ensure package integrity.
• Load meat into injectors, vacuum machines, or tumblers.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines and work as part of a team.
