Job summary

Career Street is seeking a production worker for the evening shift in Ontario. You will manually pack meat products, operate packaging equipment, and maintain clean work areas in a cold production environment.

The role requires good manual dexterity, reliability, and the ability to work on a fast-paced line. Prior GMP/HACCP knowledge is a plus; candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an eight-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Good manual dexterity.
• Mature, autonomous, responsible and dependable.
• Production experience is an asset.
• Familiar with GMPs and HACCP regulations.
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks in a cold environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Capable of working in a CO2 environment with limited ppm.
• Able to stand for an 8 hour shift.
• Team oriented and able to multi-task.
• Willing to follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual tasks on a production line to process and package meat.
• Capable of following directions from immediate Supervisor.
• Ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
