Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of retail store experience, meat experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Full knowledge of total store and department operations.
• Experience reading financial reports and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and develop department staff to foster customer loyalty.
• Manage department budgets, labour costs and inventory control.
• Oversee product presentation and merchandising per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety and food safety policies.
• Lead store operations and communicate requirements to staff.
• Provide superior customer service and train team members.
