Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role or leading others.
• Meat cutting experience is an asset.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related movements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Meat Department operations including production, merchandising, inventory and food safety.
• Supervise and direct all Meat Department operations.
• Ensure department operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining high quality and customer service.
