Job summary

Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, Field Sales to drive Rogers residential products in the MDU market across Winnipeg and Saskatoon. You will build relationships with builders, property managers, and boards to expand Rogers’ presence and revenue.

You’ll develop and deliver persuasive presentations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and stay informed about industry trends to meet sales goals. This onsite role offers growth in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to build relationships with property managers, boards and site contacts.

Responsibilities

• Help to support product penetration and revenue generation for core cable products and wireless.
• Work closely with cross-functional channels to drive leads to the MDU sales team.
• Build and conduct effective professional sales presentations to property managers, condo boards, superintendents and other influencers.
• Focus on building site level relationships in non-partnered and low-penetrated sites.
• Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Organize events to promote Rogers as the service provider and maximize sales opportunities.
