Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in long-term care, with MDS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of InterRAI suite of tools and MDS/RUG III classifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the completion of MDS assessments within established timelines.
• Leads integration of MDS with clinical tools and streamlines processes.
• Participates in strategic program development and reviews RAI trends.
• Interprets reports from Health Zone/AH&W or CIHI and provides analysis.
