MD/DO Admissions Consultant (Remote) – BeMo Academic Consulting

Eligibility Note: Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree, be a current Resident, Fellow, or medical student in their 3rd or 4th year. Applications from others will not be considered.

A Day in The Life

The Admissions Consultant will join our team to work directly with our students via our in-house technology and Zoom to help them improve their applications, prepare for interviews, MCAT, OSCE, etc.

• Review and critique application documents and provide feedback to help students improve their applications
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their interview performance
• Help students prepare for the MCAT and OSCE

We’d Love to Hear From You if You…

• Hold an MD or DO degree, are a Resident, Fellow, or are a practicing or non-practicing MD or DO.
• Reside in the United States or Canada.
• Can commit to work a minimum of 5-10 hours a week.
• Bonus if you can conduct same‑day services or within 12‑hour notice periods.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and participate in self‑directed learning.
• Possess tech‑savviness.
• Do not work for other test prep companies.
• Seek a long‑term role, not a short‑term gig.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, verbal & communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, showing a strong work ethic and managerial attitude.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain a quiet, distraction‑free private room with a door and access to an ergonomic setup and high‑speed internet (minimum download speed of 40 Mbps).
