Role Description

This is a part-time Math/Science/English Tutor role based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work model that sometimes allows for a combination of in-person sessions and work from home. The Tutor will provide one-on-one and small group instruction in core subjects, following the company’s step-by-step teaching approach. Responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, assessing student understanding, assigning and reviewing practice work, and adapting explanations to different learning styles. The tutor will track progress and use online tools to support remote sessions when needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing materials, and contributing to a positive, encouraging learning environment. Upon hire clients will be provided for you and we can work to accommodate a schedule that works for both parties.

Qualifications

Pay

This position is paid hourly. Rates for this position range from 35-50$ per hour.
