In this role, you will support the production of advanced medical imaging equipment, contributing throughout the entire manufacturing process—from assembly and testing to troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or engineering technologist role.
Technical Skills: Proven experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex electro‑mechanical systems. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Soft Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem‑solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating in a cross‑functional team.
Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated industries, with knowledge of ISO 13485 (or similar QMS).
Experience with optical alignment, soldering, functional testing, calibration, or embedded systems.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, BOM management, and supporting non‑conformances or CAPA activities.
